Skaftfell - Center for Visual Art runs a residency program in Seydisfjordur, East Iceland.
The program is now open for applications for a residency in 2014 with deadline September 1st.

The program is aimed at visual artists but artists working in intermediate fields are eligible to apply regardless of the nature of their primary profession or education within the arts. Group and family applications are welcome.

Applications are now being accepted for the 2014 Golden Foundation Artist Residency Program. Each residency session lasts four weeks and can accommodate up to three professional artists. The 2014 sessions include:

April 27 - May 24
June 1 - June 28
July 6 - August 2
August 3 - August 30
September 7 - October 4
October 12 - November 8

ABOUT REJMYRE ART LAB

Windward School, an independent college preparatory school for grades 7-12 in West Los Angeles, invites artists to submit resumes for our artist-in-residence program, The Installation Project. The residency gives artists an opportunity to work with highly motivated students, and for the community to watch and engage with artists as they create their work. We are currently seeking proposals for the 2013-14 school year. Artists working in installations, new genres, new media and contemporary practices are encouraged to apply.

ARTIST IN RESIDENCE AUGUST-SEPTEMBER 2013

5 Weeks Residency for German Artists living in Berlin, at AIR Helgeland-Berlin.
The residency a project initiated by ABH/ ArtBase Helgeland 66°N, Northern Norway.

ABH / AIR Helgeland-Berlin in cooperation with Dønna kommune, ZK/U, Zentrum für Kunst und Urbanistik in Berlin, offers a 5 weeks residency starting august 2013 in Dønna, Helgeland, Northern Norway (week 35-39).

Location:

Artistes en Résidence (Clermont-Ferraud) and AIR Antwerpen are presenting a new residency project for a double residency of four months to both a Belgian and a French visual artist. The two selected artists will be accommodated with a studio and offered a monthly budget of 600 euro, reimbursement of travel costs and the possibility to have a public presentation.

The Belgian artist will receive a one month residency at AIR Antwerpen (December '13) and a stay of three months at Artistes an Résidence (January - March '14). The French artist will stay at AIR Antwerpen for three months (October - December '13) and one month in Artistes en Résidence (January '14). Both residency periods overlap one month, so the artists can meet each other in their own socio – cultural context.
