YARAT Contemporary Art Space invites artists to apply for the residency programme of 2018. The programme is divided into three periods (January–April, April–July, September–December) and grants selected artists an opportunity to live and work in Baku for up to three months. Each period hosts two international and two local residents.

We welcome artists from all fields of art and design to apply to our residency at the beautiful natural landscape of Kärsämäki, Finland. The deadline for year 2018 is 22.10.2017. Apply by sending a project plan for your residency, portfolio and CV to airfrosterus@gmail.com. Please state in your project plan if you are interested in arranging an exhibition, teaching courses or arranging workshops. We encourage all the artists to choose two possible periods of stay and mark them in the order of preference.
