Applications are Open for Next Round of NYC Public Artists in Residence (PAIR) Program
Cultural Affairs has launched the open call for the 2021-22 cycle of the NYC Public Artists in Residence (PAIR) program. Established in 2015, PAIR was inspired by artist Mierle Laderman Ukeles' residency with the Department of Sanitation, which she pioneered in the 1970s. Based on the idea that artists are creative problem-solvers, the program embeds artists in City agencies to propose and implement solutions to pressing civic challenges. The following City agencies are each seeking to host a PAIR artist for the 2021-22 cycle:

The Museum of Emotions https://www.museofemo.com/ is a One Year project that is online and interactive. It grows with submissions and engagement with the site and we are looking for new emotions!
Guidelines for submitting an emotion:
Submissions can be photographic, video based, audio, sculptural, edible, you name it. I accept any format for display - pano shots, triptychs, and multiple shots.
Submissions should be created to communicate an emotion. Texture may matter more to you than, say, composition. Or sound may be incorporated into your piece. You are welcome to share any story you like but please choose one emotion that your submission depicts. In one word.
