Art Basel is delighted to announce that the fourth edition of Art Basel show in Hong Kong will kick off with a preview for VIPs on March 22 and 23, 2016 and will open to the public from March 24 to 26, 2016.

Applications for the three major sectors of the Hong Kong show: Galleries, Insights and Discoveries. We would like to take this opportunity to highlight that we have expanded our guidelines for Insights to include galleries outside of Asia that are providing a platform for exciting Asian talents. In addition, the guidelines for Discoveries have also been updated to support galleries with a focus on new artistic contents and talents.

Light Space & Time encourages entries from artists regardless of where they reside and regardless of their experience or education in the art field. Artists should send the gallery their best interpretation of the theme “Abstracts” by submitting their best nonobjective or nonrepresentational art. As the sun spreads it's rays so we bring together the colors and forms of Summer. Our artists' palettes and media reflect the hues of summer in all it's strata. We are embracing diversity and encourage solidarity in this celebration of this most joyous time of the year. Only in Los Angeles could we find such divers artists from so many walks of life. Their works in every imaginable form and medium give us pride in presentation.

LarkGallery has an opportunity to send 15-20 artists to an Art Lab and two weeks' residency in Italy from July 13 to 28, 2015. In this program artists from different countries will paint, gain knowledge from masters by working side by side with them, exchange ideas and learn from each other.
