PART-TIME JOB IN JAPAN: Arts Programs Coordinator, International House of Japan
In its longstanding mission to support the US-Japan relationship through the arts, the Creative Artists Program of the Japan-US Friendship Commission (JUSFC) annually sends five mid-career US artists to spend three to five months in Japan, to further their artistic experience and research into Japanese art and culture. Artists are selected through a highly competitive process organized by the NEA, and in Japan are supported by the Arts Program at the International House of Japan (IHJ). In order to promote this dynamic and artistic cultural exchange, the program is pleased to announce an open search for an Arts Programs Coordinator.

We are launching applications for the seventh cohort of Halcyon Incubator and the inaugural cohort of Halcyon Arts Lab. Halcyon provides the catalytic support and skills that emerging artists and social entrepreneurs need to achieve their goals and scale new and ambitious projects.
Halcyon believes that the creative process for artists and social entrepreneurs share the same DNA. Our programs help imagine a world in which innovators in both fields are recognized for their potential, and brilliant new solutions to complex 21st century problems are tested, adopted and scaled for the benefit of all.
