MONDAY OCT. 27
Today, we made our raindrop palliets. After Tawny finalized the shape and size of the drops, I cut out cardboard templates. Then we used a sharpie to trace the patterns on to the pre taped car visor and tablecloth.
Then we cut them out with junk scissors, and added ANOTHER LAYER OF TAPE, and trimmed the edges.
In all, today we make 3 large, 18 medium, and 20 small raindrops; and picked up some "EXTRA STRENGTH" antiperspirent for our actress. Will it be enough?
Howie and Tawny will check in every few days as they create a costume for Ms. January in this year's 99cent musical at Bootleg.

have no art training, but I wanted a Tarot deck so I drew my own --pencil, colored pencils on index cards, and scanned . I like some of these, others make me say 'yuck' or something similar. But what's gratifying to me despite their crudity is that I persevered and drew the whole deck, the originals of which I use, which took several weeks. Then last year I began re-'Shopping them, so some look far from the originals now. I dislike the original of this; this phoshop version is an improvement.
Dear AMP Members:
The courts in Colorado have just struck down a scheme to disenfranchise over 10,000 overseas voters, disproportionately Democrats. Unfortunately, most, like myself, will not receive ballots in time.
If you know someone, please let them know they can cast a provisional ballot which can be found on line.
Here is the letter I sent to friends and family. I honestly (cliché alert) never believed this could happen to me.
------
Dear Everyone,
My voter registration, legally signed and reconfirmed about a month and a half ago, was one of over 10,000 stuck from the rolls in Colorado. The State Courts has renewed our right to vote with provisional ballots, which luckily I'd already done a few day ago, thinking it was merely lost in the mail.
DON'T BE NAIVE.
