The KPCC Membership Department is looking for an intern to help with our marketing and outreach efforts, as well as our day-to-day administrative tasks. As a chief coordinator for the KPCC Street Team, the Membership Intern will help implement new initiatives and strategies to broaden our membership.
Cornerstone Theater Company, a nonprofit that for 26 years has created theater with diverse communities all over the nation, is seeking a part-time video intern for the 2012 Fall Semester. We are creating short videos that follow community participants on several of our projects. This intern experience is for those who want to be a part of giving back to the community while getting hands-on video experience and improving their portfolio. Applicants must be familiar with FCP, have working knowledge of Mac's, good storytelling instincts, and able to learn to operate a Cannon 7D camera. Responsibilities include editing, helping organize footage, coordinating some shoot days and possibly camera operating.

service agency serving clients with developmental disabilities
throughout LA County, is seeking an experienced, full-time Art
Instructor/Printmaker.
The Instructor will work one-on-one with adult students with
developmental disabilities, teaching printmaking techniques and helping
them develop their own unique artwork for sale. Responsibilities also
include ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our students, and helping
to maintain an overall enjoyable studio for all participants. Knowledge
and interest in contemporary art needed. Instructor will implement
artistic, educational, and behavioral treatment plans monthly.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and two years experience.
