*Great Leap is Hiring a Part-Time Operations & Marketing Associate *
Great Leap is seeking a self-motivated, well-organized and technically
savvy Associate to be part of our energized and dedicated team. This
position will have broad responsibilities with the opportunity to gain
hands-on experience in a variety of areas of non-profit administration and
arts programming, including creative marketing. The position pays $15 per
hour, for 12-18 hours per week, with the possibility of increased hours for
seasonal programs and productions. Some nights and weekend hours will be
required.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience, preferably in an arts or
other non-profit organization.
- Strong Mac computer skills needed; proficient in all Microsoft Office
programs and Filemaker Pro. Knowledge of QuickBooks, Constant Contact
and/or Pro Adobe CS5 Creative Suite is a plus.
- Demonstrated skills in data entry, database administration, and record
keeping.
- Experience in event coordination is desirable, including working directly
with contractors, vendors and organizations.
