*THE ETERNAL TELETHON SEEKS PARTICIPANTS!*
“Give me your tired, your poor,
Your performance hungry masses yearning to breathe free,
The wretched refuse of your student loans.
Send these, the homeless, eternal convalescents to me,
I lift my lamp beside the Salton Sea!”

The Eternal Telethon Telethon is excited to be working with resident artist
Eamonn Fox at Grand Central Art Center, presenting a telethon during the
closing of his show on October 5th. We are seeking Santa Ana area artists,
and those who wish to engage the area art community, to present
performances of all types as part of the Eternal Telethon’s mission to
raise money for an artist’s convalescent home to be built on the Salton
Sea.

Building on the success of the first SCULPTURE SHOCK, the Royal British Society of Sculptors is delighted to again offer three winners £3,000 each, a three-month residency in a studio in Kensington culminating in a surprising spatial intervention in one of three non-traditional spaces: SUBTERRANEAN, AMBULATORY or HISTORIC.
This year we are extremely pleased to count amongst our jury Cornelia Parker, an artist who has tested the limits of the site specific.
