FCA has funds remaining in 2018 for travel-related expenses associated with projects occurring in Central and Eastern Europe.

Projects in the following countries are eligible: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.

We encourage you to direct artists with emergency travel funding needs in Central and Eastern Europe to our website for additional information regarding program application guidelines:

For consideration in our December panel meeting, artists should submit their applications by Friday, November 30.
