Artist Johannes Zits and curator Lindsey Allgood seek submissions of video
works that involve performance for the camera. Selected works will be
presented at the third annual Screening of Performance Art in the Natural
Environment. This program will be presented in conjunction with a workshop
conducted by Victoria Stanton, performance artist from Montreal.

As the title of the screening (SPANE) implies, we ask artists to interpret
the terms “natural” and “environment”. Video works featured will show

The Long Beach Central Area Association is VOLUNTEER tax-exempt non-profit in Long Beach, California. MusicUNTOLD is the program/event production arm of LBCAA. All of MusicUNTOLD events/program are FREE to the public except one(1) annual ticketed concert. On September 22, 2012, MusicUNTOLD partnered with KUSC Classical Radio to present the 150th Anniversary Emancipation Proclamation Concert featuring national and local classical and opera artists. The concert was broadcast on December 29, 2012 and streamed on-demand via www.KUSC.org through January 31, 2013.

Exceptional Children's Foundation, a growing nonprofit social service agency serving clients with developmental disabilities throughout LA County, is seeking an experienced Art Instructor to work on an as-needed basis

The Art Instructor will work one-on-one with adult students with developmental disabilities, to develop their own unique artwork for sale. Will function in several media of artistic expression in addition to a concentration in at least one art specialty area. Responsibilities also include ensuring the safety and well-being of our students, and helping to maintain an overall enjoyable studio for all participants.
