Call for Artists: 2023-2024 Trinity Church Artist Studio Residency
Deadline for application: January 15, 2023
Trinity Church is offering a studio space for one artist for one year beginning Spring 2023. Trinity Church, a progressive Episcopal congregation, is committed to social justice including food justice, racial justice, and housing justice as well as supporting LGBTQ+ communities. Trinity Church is looking for an artist whose work addresses one or more of these areas for social justice. The artist can be at any stage of their career, but will be expected to engage with the local community in Asbury Park, NJ on the Jersey Shore through public outreach events or activities.

The G. & A. Mamidakis Foundation invites applications for the annual Art Prize.
The Foundation supports contemporary artists by offering them the opportunity to create a site specific artwork that will not only become part of its collection, but will join an important cultural heritage as well.
This year's prize calls for visual artists working in the following fields: painting, sculpture, sound and sculptural installation, mixed media, printmaking, digital art, photographic print, ink print, video, installation, and drawing.

Bad Taste: confronting the role of industrial food in the climate crisis
Bad Taste is a Greenpeace project funding creative ideas that confront the role of the UK’s industrial food system in the climate crisis. UK-based artists and activists are invited to devise artworks, creative actions and interventions in places of public, political and corporate structural power.
Three projects will be supported with grants of 10,000 GBP, a separate production budget and a box of ash from burnt Amazon rainforest.

Submissions are open for Abingdon Theatre Company's 3rd annual
Virtual Festival of Short Plays
The deadline to submit is Monday, January 9, 2023.
The virtual festival is set to take place February 23-24, 2023.
It is Abingdon Theatre Company’s mission to produce brave, new American work by emerging and established artists. Abingdon’s Virtual Festival of Short Plays is set to provide a platform for underrepresented voices across the country to submit their new works for development and outreach in the New York theatre community.
Submissions should be no longer than 40 pages and written by BIPOC individuals.
