Artist Residency Program in Panama taking place June 7th - June 28th.
The 2015 Creative Currents Summer Artist Residency is open to emerging
and professional Visual, Literary & Performance Artists in all mediums
and genres and Scholars and Researchers of all disciplines - both
creative and academic - to submit project proposals for work to be
developed during the 3 week residency.
Creative Currents Summer Artist Residency participants are selected
based on their dedication to their art/scholarly practice, innovation,
and craftsmanship. Creative Currents encourages both collaborative and
independent projects as ways to create a positive multicultural

Spring 2015 Culture Push Fellowship for Utopian Practice
Artists and other creative professionals are encouraged to apply with ideas
for projects that expand their practice beyond its traditional boundaries.
This is a process-based Fellowship, and Culture Push will help Fellows
develop big ideas that have real world applications. We are looking for
highly interactive projects that engage the public and push the boundaries
of how art can exist in the world. The Fellows will have a year-long tenure
that begins in the Spring of 2015, and will receive logistical,
institutional and financial support.
This is the fourth year of the Fellowship for Utopian Practice. The

The City of Newport Beach, California seeks TEN outdoor sculptures for
its *Sculpture
in Civic Center Park* exhibition at the recently created Civic Center Park.
This beautiful 14-acre, ocean-view site was designed by the renowned
landscape architectural firm PWP Landscape Architecture (PWP).
Selected works will be loaned to the City for a period of 2 years. Only
completed, ready-to-loan artworks will be accepted. Project concepts or
maquettes will not be considered.
EXHIBITION SCHEDULE: August 2015 – August 2017
HONORARIUM: $2,000 - $5,000 each

CALLING ALL COLLEGE STUDENTS, GRADUATE STUDENTS, AND RECENT GRADUATES!
Creative Time is excited to announce that this summer we are offering paid
internship positions. Running June 1st through August 7th, we’ll be offering
10 positions across all departments, including Marketing & Communications,
Development, Programming, Executive & Operations, and Global Initiatives.
These 10-week, four-day-a-week positions will each receive a $2,250 stipend.
Besides gaining hands-on experience producing projects, developing research
and contributing to organizational goals, interns will also participate in
both internal and external planning meetings, attend staff presentations,
and travel to local cultural institutions for behind-the-scenes tours.

One project is in conjunction with the City of Pasadena's 1% for Art mandate on new development. The second project is working solely with the private developer, on an existing building, and is not associated with the City of Pasadena mandate.
