For the past 17 years, ART MOSCOW has proven to be the best contemporary art fair in Russia with participating galleries from over 20 countries. ART MOSCOW is an exclusive meeting place for art dealers, collectors, museum representatives, press and art lovers.
Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery is pleased to announce that its May 2013 art exhibition is now posted on their website and is ready to view online. The theme for this art exhibition is “SeaScapes” and artists were asked to submit their best seascape art. Seascape subjects include scenes of coastal living, any ocean activities, seaside vistas and any related seashore subjects.
An art competition was held in April 2013 which determined and judged the art for this exhibition. The gallery received submissions from 22 different countries from around the world and they also received entries from 38 different states. Overall, there were 629 entries judged for this art competition.

This brief is to be understood as a riddle. The curatorial group platform79 invites international creative practitioners to develop site-specific interventions in the public realm of London. The temporary interventions proposed should neither require permission from the authorities, nor risk committing a criminal offence. We seek creative responses that suggest ways to push the norms regulating art in public space.

*Six Points Fellowship Program Assistant - Job Description*

The Six Points Fellowship for Emerging Jewish Artists is a project of the
Foundation for Jewish
Culture. Six Points is the leading supporter of emerging artists creating
new Jewish arts content.
We are seeking a part-time (15 hrs/week) program assistant to support our
work in Los Angeles,
working out of our downtown office. Ideal candidates will be
self-motivated, resourceful and
detail-oriented. Working under the supervision of the Fellowship’s Los
Angeles based Director, the
program assistant will work on all aspects of the Fellowship including the
Los Angeles program,
national communications, social media, tracking event attendance,
evaluation and overall work in
advancing the projects goals.
Venice Arts Gallery is currently accepting proposals from established and
emerging curators and artists for its Fresh Perspectives Visiting Curator
Exhibition, scheduled to take place in November–December 2013. The goals of
the program are to engage and highlight new perspectives on photography,
film, multimedia and/or digital arts and to offer established and emerging
curators and artists in Los Angeles County the opportunity to present an
exhibition in a professional nonprofit gallery. Once chosen, the curator
will be solely responsible for selecting the artists and artworks for an
exhibition. Each proposed exhibition must consist of at least 4 artists and
have a strong, unifying curatorial premise. The artists’ work must in some

Microcosmic: Los Angeles at the
Center of the Universe is a group show, which will be held at the Bridge
Gallery at Los Angeles City Hall. This exhibition will feature artists with
disabilities from across Los Angeles County in order to promote the Special
Olympics World Games Arts Festival, which will take place in Los Angeles during
the summer of 2015. The exhibition will be curated by Studio Artist Douglas
Allen and Gallery Manager Seth Pringle of Tierra del Sol Fine Arts.
This
exhibition is presented by The Special Olympics World Games, The Tierra del Sol
Foundation and The Department of Cultural Affairs, City of Los Angeles.
