The application process to participate in ARCOlisboa 2018 is now open. The fair will once again become one of the major social and art event of the Portuguese capital from May 17 to 20. The historic space of the Cordoaria Nacional will host the fair's third edition, hinging on the quality of the gallery's artistic contents and the cultural vibrancy of Lisbon.

The 6th Moscow International Biennale for Young Art will take place in Moscow (Russia) from June 8, 2018.
The curator of the main project is Lucrezia Calabrò Visconti, a young independent curator from Italy. The theme proposed for the 2018 biennial is Abracadabra.

Open call
Applications to participate in the biennial's main project are accepted from artists of up to 35 years of age.

Curators of up to 35 years of age will be able to submit applications with their concepts for the biennial's strategic projects that will take place at National Centre for Contemporary Arts (NCCA) and Moscow Museum of Modern Art (MMOMA).
Applications are accepted at www.youngart.ru until December 15, 2017.

The Gogova Foundation is proud to announce an open call for participation in its third artists residency. The applications received will be reviewed by an Expert Committee, who will announce the recipient in January 2018. – Workspace: Workspace Residents receive three months of free access to the B&W and Color darkrooms, Digital Lab and Shooting Studio at the International Center of Photography, as well as the Baxter St at CCNY facilities.

– Programs: Residents receive free admission to all 2018 Baxter St at CCNY events and a 10% discount on classes.

The Alonzo Davis Endowment for Fellowships

(Amherst, VA) –The Virginia Center for the Creative Arts (VCCA) is pleased to announce an important fellowship opportunity. The Alonzo Davis Endowment for Fellowships annually supports two fully-funded residencies of two weeks each for highly accomplished American visual artists, creative writers, and composers of African or Latinx descent.
