Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts is currently under construction in Beverly Hills, CA with completion set for Summer 2013. The Annenberg seeks a year-round, full-time Facilities Manager that will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall facilities management system and will manage facility operations once the center is open. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: manage day-to-day facility operations such as maintenance, repair, facility inspections, housekeeping, landscaping, and security of the center which includes two theaters, theater school, café, gift shop, administrative offices, and outdoor gardens; hire and train support staff; create facility policies, procedures, and manuals; and serve as the primary liaison with outside vendors and contractors. Position reports to the General Manager. Salary is competitive with benefits including health, dental and 401(k). Start date is immediate.
