AniFest, the International Festival of Animated Films based in the Czech Republic is opening the 2010 competition of 9th festival edition which will be held in May 18 – 23 in a Renaissance South Bohemian spa town Trebon.

As the world of dance and media evolve to include new innovative forms, so does our festival evolve from year to year with changing venues and unique events. We partner with some of LA’s most prestigious institutions along with unconventional settings attracting 1000’s of audience members each year.

Dance Camera West welcomes dance media in any dance style or genre. Categories include: screendance, short films, features, documentary, installations, and interactive dance media. We look forward in seeing your new work and if you have something outside the listed categories let us know.

The Rijksakademie residency in Amsterdam is a space for the development of ideas for emerging professional artists. Resident artists work in an individual studio for one to two years on research, experiment, projects and production. Next to technical facilities there are a library and an artists' documentation centre. The Rijksakademie also organizes the Prix de Rome, manages historical and contemporary collections and makes them accessible by way of publications and presentations through RijksakademiePORTAAL.

Global Culture Center seeks NYC artists and curator

Global Culture Center, a non-profit contemporary artists’ organization
established in 1990 in Japan, and recognized as a non-profit organization in
France since 1995, is composed of and entirely administrated by artists of
diverse tendencies and all nationalities. We are launching new projects in
New York City, and seeking New York artists and a curator who can work with
us. The theme of New York projects is ‘Healing’ and we have participant
artists for this project from Japan, France, and
