Residency program in Amsterdam
De Ateliers, founded in 1963, is an internationally acclaimed studio program based in Amsterdam. It offers a two-year residency program in twenty-five spacious studios in a monumental building in the center of Amsterdam. These are placed at the disposal of beginning artists who wish to combine intensive self-motivation with critical guidance of prominent artists: Rob Birza, Angela Bulloch, Marlene Dumas, Chris Evans, Runa Islam, Melvin Moti, Willem de Rooij, Bojan Šarčević, Marien Schouten, Fiona Tan, Didier Vermeiren and Marijke van Warmerdam. De Ateliers is an independent artists' institute, which is run by visual artists. Check our website for info on our program, side activities, guest tutors and alumni.

Looking for coaches
In the second year of their master's course at the Film Academy, the students are mentored by external coaches who help them to execute their research projects. These coaches are professionals from film, visual arts or media who like to share their knowledge and experience.

INTERNATIONAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM FOR ART AND THEORY 2012-13
CALL FOR APPLICATIONS
Künstlerhaus Büchsenhausen invites visual and media artists, art critics, theorists, and curators to apply for a fellowship in 2012–2013. Candidates can apply for one semester (October 1, 2012 – February 15, 2013 or February 18, 2013 - June 28, 2013). The fellowship can be split across two semesters.
Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery is pleased to announce that its January 2011 art exhibition is now posted on their website and is ready to view online. The theme and the basis for this month’s art exhibition was “SeaScapes” where participating artists provided their interpretation of this theme by depicting coastal living, ocean activities, seaside vistas and any related seashore subjects.
An art competition was held in December 2011 which determined and judged the art for this exhibition. The gallery received submissions from 15 different countries from around the world and they also received entries from 27 different states. Overall, there were 500 entries that were judged for this art competition.
