Brooklyn College offers a two year M.F.A. program including concentrations in drawing and painting, sculpture, printmaking, photography, and digital art. Students may focus in any of these concentrations or work experimentally across media areas. The program includes both course work and independent study with reviews by the entire faculty in the first three semesters and a thesis exhibition in the final term.
Juju Foto Factory is a working photography studio and gallery space located in the heart of the east side arts district in Austin, Texas. We are currently accepting submissions for “Music in Lo-Fi”, an exhibition occurring March 15 – 25, 2012. We are gearing up to celebrate the South by Southwest music festival in Austin. We are seeking to exhibit work that has not yet received wide public attention in major publications or exhibitions. We also seek to provide emerging photographers the opportunity to show their work and develop their exhibition resumes. 100% of sales proceeds go directly to the artist.

We encourage work which reflects contemporary photography’s roles in perceiving history and collective memory about the music.

Metro Creative Services is seeking an experienced art technician to
provide maintenance, minor repairs, documentation, and database services
to permanent and temporary art works in the award winning Metro public
art collection. Services shall be provided as an independent contractor
on an as-needed basis.
Metro's Creative Services division includes the agency's
in-house design studio and brand communications, the agency's art
and design excellence programs which commission a wide-range of projects
for visual artists, and the interactive/online media design unit. For

Scope of Work
Call for artists for the LA portion of this national art competition Jordan Winery is holding for their 40th Anniversary.
Called 4 on 4, the competition is taking place in LA, NYC, Dallas and Miami. In LA the winner will receive $5000 and the 2 runners up will receive $2000 and $1000. We are working with LACE and the Black Cat Gallery in Culver City on the program. The top 40 works will be exhibited at Black Cat in conjunction with LACE in April.
The LACAC were super helpful with having this come together. I can't thank them enough. We would love to show the depth and diversity of LA art in the show. I have pasted the call for artists below. Please forward to artists you think would be interested in entering. Thanks so much.
