Armory Center for the Arts in Pasadena is
seeking a friendly, outgoing, customer-service oriented person to manage
student registration for over 350 studio art classes per year. This
detail-oriented individual will work in our busy front office.
Major duties and responsibilities include:
* entering all registrations for art classes and maintaining
precise database records using Raiser's Edge
* processing class fees
* maintaining rosters
* keeping detailed records in established systems
Other responsibilities include:
* assisting with preparation for the Studio space for daily classes
* working with volunteers
* proofing studio publication materials
* maintaining statistics
* coordinating tuition assistance program

In connection with the construction of a new Center for Children and Youth at Haukeland University Hospital in Bergen, Norway, the Art Committee invites artists to submit pre-qualification proposals. The purpose of the pre-qualification process is to identify candidates for two closed competitions.
Garden areas:
For the outdoor areas, we are seeking light-based artworks. The total project budget is NOK 3.5 million.
Entrance area:
For this area, we are particularly interested in interactive artworks in electronic media. The total project budget is NOK 1.75 million.

1. Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts is currently under construction in Beverly Hills, CA with completion set for Summer 2013. The Annenberg seeks a full-time, year-round Staff Accountant to assist the Director of Finance with all aspects of Accounting and Finance. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: account reconciliation, accounts payables and receivables, payroll, petty cash, and preparing financial reports. The position reports to the Director of Finance. Requirements: a minimum of three years of accounting experience, preferably with a non-profit organization; outstanding communication and organizational skills; computer savvy with proficiency in Excel; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment; must be very detail-oriented.
A Noise Within, California’s home for the Classics, is currently seeking
acting and production interns for our Fall 2013 Season. Productions include
*Pericles*,* The Guardsman*, *Endgame*, and *A Christmas Carol*. Acting
Interns are challenged to apply their talents in all areas, from analyzing
a classic text to running lights and sound for a production. Professional
internships at A Noise Within are training opportunities where developing
theatre artists can hone their skills in Acting, Production, and Theatre
Management. Each acting intern is cast in a supporting role in one or more
plays during the rotating repertory season. Interns may also be given

Our new late night series is an effort to create new opportunities for both
