2010 Multicultural Undergraduate Internship opportunities are now
available throughout Los Angeles County!
Los Angelesâ€`area museums and visual arts organizations are
currently seeking eligible interns for the summer of 2010.
The internships are intended specifically for outstanding students who
are members of groups currently underrepresented in museums and visual
arts organizations: individuals of African American, Asian,
Latino/Hispanic, Native American, and Pacific Islander descent.
Eligibility for the internships is limited to currently enrolled
undergraduates who reside or attend college in Los Angeles County.
Students must have completed at least one semester of college by June
2010, and those who will complete their degree by September 1, 2010 are

The Armory Center for the Arts is seeking proposals from Southern Californian artists and architects for a temporary site-specific Land/Environmental art installation or structure in a vacant lot in Northwest Pasadena.
Proposals are due via email by May 15th. Winner will be notified by May 31st. Winning project will be installed in June and run from July - December, 2010.
A $1,000 honorarium will be provided to the selected artist/architect to cover expenses related to the creation of the work.

Lapsenson, is searching for a gallery in which to mount an exhibit of 75 photographs, each 16" x 20" , titled Five Argentine Photographers, A View from the South, in celebration of 200 years of Argentine independence in September 2010.
