PIXILERATIONS gathers and showcases cutting-edge new-media artworks through an annual festival in Providence, Rhode Island (USA). This unique forum investigates the rapidly-developing field of new media arts through installations, performances and film/video screenings. It forms part of the larger FirstWorks Festival (www.first-works.org), a multi dimensional performing arts festival that celebrates cultural "firsts" as avenues for strengthening community and creativity.

The Wassaic Project Summer Festival is an annual music and arts festival
that seeks to bring together artists of all disciplines, musicians in
varying genres, and the public to celebrate music and art in our historic
location.
The Summer Festival is a celebration of our annual programming. Artists in
Residents from the past year all participate in the festival, creating a
unique showcase of site specific and site sensitive work. Other artists in
the Summer Festival are curated from an open call by The Wassaic Project
staff and invited jurors, and invited Guest Curators.

After ten years of work, yesterday we put out a glossy covered 98 page paperback edition of my Art of a Shaman, as well as a downloadable version. Both are available from Lulu.com. Physical Action and Psychotechnique

Physical Action is the most important element for the actor, it involves his entire nature and psychophysical instrument: mind, body, and soul. The programme includes intensive practical training, lectures and discussions and is open to professional performers, actors of physical, dramatic, dance and musical theatres, circus performers, dancers, directors and choreographers.
Participants will become acquainted with Ostrenko Method of actor's physical training formed and inspired by the greatest figures of the Russian Theatre Tradition and the newest experiments in performing arts.

Participants will become acquainted with Ostrenko Method of actor's physical training, formed and inspired by the greatest figures of the Russian Theatre Tradition and the newest experiments in performing arts. The practical training is focused on the psycho-physical approach to the art of acting relying on the teachings of Russian outstanding theatrical innovators - Vsevolod Meyerhold, Michael Chekhov, Konstantin Stanislavsky. Participants will explore the principles of Biomechanics, the Psychological Gesture, the Physical Action, the Method of Active Analysis.
