DEEP CONVERSATIONS IN THE SHAMAN'S DEN, VOLUME 1
by Frank Moore
Chapter 8 - David Johnson & Elder Freeman - Part 1
http://jukepop.com/home/read/9120?chapter=8
ABOUT THE BOOK
Frank Moore’s Shaman’s Den streamed live on the internet almost every Sunday night from 1998 until Frank’s death in 2013. The Shaman’s Den was a 2 1/2-hour variety show featuring in-studio concerts by bands from around the world and in-depth conversations about politics, art, music, and life.
In this volume, the first in a series, Frank and his guests explore a wide-open field of topics and present new, alternative ways of looking at everything from current economic and political situations to personal relationships.

Female Puppeteer Singer needed for an
Immersive Promenade Site Specific Music Concert Performance
Wild Art is an exciting new performance company based in LA, after years of producing in New York. Our next production examines American’s new fear of extreme weather after Hurricane Sandy and the extreme drought of 2012. Using very little text, the performance relies on expressive visuals, shadow imagery, and music to express what cannot be put into words.
Role:"The Guide" is a flood victim in a drought. Pregnant if female. Will be responsible for two bird puppets (no voices) and will work extensively with overhead projector shadow work. Will also be in charge of the movement of the audience as they walk through the space. Sings and has lines.
