Rodos International Films and Visual Arts Festival calls for entries

Ecofilms invites documentary filmmakers to submit film entries for the Rodos International Films and Visual Arts Festival. The festival will take place in Athens, Greece from June 24-29, 2008. Deadline for submissions: March 1.

Entries must be films dealing with environmental and ecology themes. Possible specific topics include issues related to the natural, the human and the built environment. Winning films will be those with innovative approaches to conservation issues. Entries will also be judged on overall artistic qualities. An international jury will announce prizes for both the international and national categories, and cash prizes range from EU€3,000 to EU€7,000 (about US$4,300 To US$10,050).
