AMP: Artists' Meeting Place and Resource Collective

It is a great pleasure for me to announce that we continue the artistic promotion of 'The Spirit Lives On - Association for the Non-Professional Arts' through a new Organization; Life is Art.

Life is Art is a non-profit organization which purpose is to give people in a difficult life-situation an arena to be creative together! Our main focus will be on children. We wish to spread creative joy, and bring attention to and understanding for physical and mental health.

We will be arranging workshops and classes in different art-directions, with professional and experienced artists to guide and teach. The participants of these events have to be connected with an institution, organisation or form of treatment. Further on, we want to arrange art exhibitions, where the participants of our previous events will get the opportunity to present the fruits of their creativity. These will exhibit for free. A smaller part of the show will be open for both professional and unprofessional artists for a smaller fee. We hope to be able to welcome to our first show in Stavern, Norway.

We are also considering an online art gallery, where our members and the participants from our events can sell their art.

To be able to make our projects a reality, we need YOUR help! We know there are so many talented people out there, and we invite your artistic talent and creativity to our team.
