Deadline: January 31, 2007. Seeks films by (and about) African-
Americans and people of African descent from around the world.
Seeking positive images & stories. Filmmakers do not have to be
Black, but film themes must have primary focus on Black people,
Black life and/or Black culture. Genres/themes: dramatic narrative,
animation, shorts, children's / youth films, lesbian/gay,
documentary, experimental. $50 honorarium paid for works selected.
