Directions to Flynn Art Studios:
If you are coming from LA going towards Glendale...
Take Glendale Blvd. to Glen Feliz, turn left (Glenhurst is on the right). Glen Feliz to Sunnybrook, turn left. Sunnybrook to Legion Lane, turn right. Near the end of the street on the right hand side.
Or:
Take Glendale Blvd. to Glen Feliz, U-turn (Glenhurst is still on the right). Now you are on Glendale Blvd facing the other way. Go one block to Valleybrink Rd., turn right. Valleybrink Rd. to Sunnybrook, turn left. Sunnybrook to Legion Lane, turn right. Near the end of the street on the right hand side.

If you are going towards LA from parts East of Glendale...
Take Glendale Blvd. to Glen Feliz or or Valleybrink. Make a right turn on to Glen Feliz or Valleybrink from Glendale Blvd.
Follow rest of directions as above.
