2. Ljova scores SPLEEN - watch it online!

This summer, I had the delight of scoring a wonderful new short film
titled "SPLEEN", written and directed by Gregory Stuart Edwards. The
score is a mix of patriotic American sounds and free-jazz, featuring
Matt Shulman on trumpet and Mathias Kunzli on drums, plus the dark
pathos of my viola cued in all the right places.

3. Ljova profiled in STRINGS magazine!

I've just been profiled in the December issue of STRINGS magazine, in
the "Encore" section (on the very back page).

4. Enso Quartet performs Ljova's music on tour!

The fabulous young ensemble ENSO QUARTET (featuring Maureen Nelson,
John Marcus, Melissa Reardon and Richard Belcher) has become an eager
champion of my works. They are performing my pieces on tour, on the
radio, and maybe one day on the space station. :)

5. Previously: Ljova with Jay-Z, Beyonce, Chris Martin and others in
London and New York!

Earlier this year, I had the distinct pleasure of working as
arranger, score preparer and chaos-control for two concerts featuring
Jay-Z, Beyonce, Chris Martin, Nas and the team of Wired Strings (Rosie
Danvers and Tommy D!) at Royal Albert Hall in London, and at the Radio
Cty Music Hall in New York.

6. New Track - "Heat Me Up"!

Last but not least, a new track from yours truly - "Heat Me Up!" is a
homage to composer Steve Reich, in honor of his 70th birthday,
featuring lopsided dance loops and a wild improvisation. I hope
you'll enjoy.
