The Visual and Performing Arts Education Program (VAPAE) in the UCLA School
of the Arts and Architecture is now accepting applications for part-time

The Visual and Performing Arts Education Program (VAPAE) in the UCLA School
of the Arts and Architecture offers an interdisciplinary and
interdepartmental series of courses designed to introduce undergraduates to
the key issues and methodologies in the field of arts education for
multiple publics and to a broad range of possible career paths including
K-12 teaching, museum education, socially-engaged arts practice, creative
arts therapies, teaching artist and arts advocacy.
VAPAE is creating a pool of candidates for potential part-time teaching
positions in arts education, during the academic year, as needed.
Applicants must be able to teach in any or all of the following areas: arts
education, community arts, arts activism, arts therapies, arts outreach and
service learning.
Minimum Qualifications: Masters degree and relevant professional experience.
Salary: Rank and salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Appointments contingent on availability of funding.
