AMP: Artists' Meeting Place and Resource Collective

Burbank Community Theater, a brand new group, is excited to gear up for
our very first production, "ANNIE!" We are looking for a passionate,
talented Music Director to round out our directorial team.
A little bit about who we are:*We are a brand new group and "Annie" is
our first show*We are founded on the idea of inclusion, so everyone who
auditions is in the show! (We are expecting 50-100+)*All ages, all
levels of experience*The orchestra may be about 10-15 pieces (all
volunteers)
What we are looking for in a Music Director:*Experience as a music
director and an orchestra/band leader*Passion for community
theater*Patience with children!*Able to attend auditions, rehearsals and
performances*Play piano for rehearsals and performances*Gold star bonus:
create rehearsal tracks
We haven't locked down the dates yet. The following dates are
tentative...and all of them are in Burbank:*Auditions: Sept 7, 12,
callbacks on 9/14*Rehearsals: 8 weeks of Tues, Wed, Thurs nights from
5-9pm*Performances: Nov 8, 9, 10 & 15, 16, 17
We can pay $1000 for all work.
