POSITION SUMMARY
Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts is under construction in Beverly Hills, CA with completion set for summer 2013; is seeking a full-time customer service professional as the Ticket Services Supervisor. Reporting to the Ticket Services Manager, the position aides in managing/administrative oversight of ticket services, ensuring an exceptional experience for all. Provides correct and efficient operation of box office systems and Internet sales program. Adheres to box office policies, etiquette and procedures. Process orders via mail, telephone, Internet, group and counter sales. Take payments in – cash, check, credit/debit cards, gift cards/vouchers. Daily/post-performance reconciliations. Provide accurate information to patrons. All other duties/responsibilities assigned. Tessitura software experience preferred. Experience in a subscription based theater preferred. Proficient use of a PC and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required. Type 35+ words per minute. Requires evening, weekend and holiday hours including long/irregular hours on show/event days.

The Wallis seeks a full-time, year-round Company Manager whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Coordinating travel, housing and transportation for visiting artists; processing artist contracts, payroll, union correspondence and reporting; coordinating a variety of artistic research and analysis; and assisting the Executive Director and Artistic Associate in the overall general administration of the Artistic Department. Requirements: Prior experience in company management, general management, and/or stage management is preferred; must be very detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot in a fast-paced work environment; outstanding communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Position starts immediately. Salary is commensurate with experience and includes vacation, health, dental and 401(k) benefits.
