Academy is hiring performing arts teachers.
BFA is
located in the heart of downtown Burbank on the Burbank First United Methodist
Church campus. We're building a brand new curriculum for our 2013/2014 season
and we’re hiring lots of teachers. We’re
looking for dependable, positive and enthusiastic instructors who are GREAT
with kids, are experts in their field and are wonderful loving teachers. We
offer part-time hours, great pay and we’re centrally located.
Ballet Teacher for Pre-Professional Program:Must be able to teach from a ballet syllabus
children 7 to teen level classes and possibly adult classes. Must have prior
experience, be highly trained, and excellent with kids. Possibly teach pre-point and point classes.
Will work closely with the school’s program director.
Ballet, Tap, Hip Hop, Jazz and Triple Threat Teachers
Recreational Program: Must have prior experience, be comfortable
working with many different levels of ability and possibly teach adults. Must
be highly trained and great with kids.
Tap Teacher for Pre-Professional:Must be able to follow a Tap
curriculum for children 7 to teen levels and possibly adult classes. Must have
prior experience, be highly trained and excellent with kids.
Parent and Me Hip Hop, Musical Theater and
Ballet/Tap (combo class) and Tot Hip
Hop, Ballet/Tap and Musical Theater Teachers:Must be terrific with small children from 18
months to 4 years old and also be comfortable working closely with parents. CPR
certification highly recommended.

looking for Acro, Acting, voice, piano and guitar teachers.
