AMP: Artists' Meeting Place and Resource Collective

Coming this November 30th & December 1st, 2012 - Detroit will be hosting an Art and Entertainment event of natural and unnatural disproportions: Odditorium Detroit

We are looking for submissions of art from all mediums exemplifying
the odd, the freakish, the unexplainable...
Where Ripleys meets Twilight Zone, and nature and science meet denial and disbelief.

Send jpgs of your work (completed or in progress) from now until October 13 to:

Price

Submissions selected for Odditorium Detroit can be past work or new, but cannot have been shown in a local Detroit exhibition within the past 6 months.

Please include "SUBMISSIONS ODD" in the subject line.

District VII will retain a 30% commission on all sales at the event.
A gallery store will also be running during the weekend, and accepted artists will be allowed limited items to include for sale as well.

If accepted, artists will receive a detailed registration and instructions e-mail with shipping or dropoff information no later than October 25, and will be required to send in a $15 registration fee (for up to 4 pieces selected).

All artists on display will be given free admission all weekend if they are able to attend.
