Los Angeles -- LACE Documentation Internship

Intern will work with the LACE team on the documentation and cataloguing of LACE exhibitions and events through photography and videography. This position provides the opportunity work in a hands-on setting focused on art, performance and music events. Intern will work directly with the Program Coordinator as well as guest artists and curators to develop high quality documentation for LACE's website, Facebook, and Vimeo accounts.

Responsibilities include:
. assist LACE production team in the documentation of upcoming exhibitions and events
. support and maintain the organization of new media on Facebook, Vimeo and LACE's website
. edit post-event documentation on all social media platforms
. organize post-event documentation on all social media platforms
. maintain maximum of one week turnover deadline media to the respective LACE staff

Requirements include:
. experience with event documentation
. willingness to work under deadline in a team environment
. familiarity with web and social media platforms
. photo/video and technical experience (a/v operation) required
. experience and skill with photo/video editing software required, including Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite (in particular, Photoshop and Flash)

TIME COMMITMENT
Minimum 3-month commitment of 16 hours per week. Weekday schedule is flexible. Some evening and weeken attendance required for all LACE seasonal programs.
