Survey Shows That Nonprofits Plan To Keep Hiring In 2012. Nonprofit Employment Trends Survey conducted by Nonprofit HR Solutions indicate that nonprofit organizations are adding staff and expect to see changes in the voluntary turnover rates of employees. The survey conducted in partnership with The Improve Group, found 43% staff size increases in 2011 compared with 34% in 2010, and 43% will create new positions in 2012. Vallejo’s “A Prayer for the Earth Eco Installation†solo exhibition is closing at the Southwest Museum, TX, and is scheduled for presentation at the McNider Museum, Iowa in April 2012.

Her newest series entitled “Make ‘Em All Mexican†is scheduled for exhibit at Arte Americas in conjunction with the Fresno Art Museum coordinated by the Central California Museum of Art and Gordon Fuglie, Advisory Council Member in June 2012, and at UC San Bernardino Fullerton Museum in September 2012.
