Linda Stein, Art Editor of On the Issues Magazine, is looking for female
artist images relating to (but not necessarily explicit images of) women and
choice/abortion for its next edition. If chosen, a click on your image will
go directly to your web site.
We are interested in receiving jpegs (150 dpi and 1200 pixels at longest
side) of images of the art of female artists for our next OTI edition on
Choice and Abortion.
OTI now reaches 120,000 people internationally. If selected, your web site
will appear when clicking on your art. See OntheIssuesMagazine.com
We're looking for female artist work that might include images of women, or
have a contemplative feel, not necessarily a literal image of
choice/abortion. Please note that:
Images must be legible for online viewing and stand alone without text. They
will be used to go with essays about abortion. Some of the subjects may
touch upon:
anti-abortion activities
the “common” ground effort
the future prognosis
the crossover with environmental issues
polling
personal stories and writings
a critique of mainstream organizations
where the Supreme Court is headed
the possible impact of the ERA
the crossover with gay and lesbian rights
approaches in African American and people of color communities
abortion in history, ie Madame Rellstab
the use of film
fake studies on abortion “trauma”
effect on electronic media
clinic survey if/when completed
and more.
Send 5-10 images (150 dpi and 1200 pixels on longest side) to
Linda@LindaStein.com
Thank you,
Linda
