AMP: Artists' Meeting Place and Resource Collective

AMOR FATI is a thematic, quarterly digest featuring the works of Los Angeles writers, artists and creatives. In a city of disparate parts, our aim is to create an active platform for organic and challenging exchange that is not only reflective of this generation but brings a collective voice to an anomalous city. Amor Fati can be found in 10+ bookstores around LA and has a readership of over 600 people.

Issue 5 Submission deadline: 4/2/11

Submissions should reflect the theme of HEROES: Think of people of distinguished courage or ability and greatness, the protagonist, a saint, exemplars, gallantry, idols, martyrs, a paladin, conquerors, bravery, selflessness.

Formats include ANYTHING PRINTABLE: short stories, poetry, prose, essays, philosophies, letters, one-acts, scripts, flash fiction, lyrics, recipes, ads, photography, visual art, trickery, what-have-you, new or old. If you don't not live in Los Angeles, your work must be about Los Angeles!
