AMP: Artists' Meeting Place and Resource Collective

REDCAT is accepting proposals for original performance works
for the 2010 New Original Works Festival. The Festival is designed to support
the development and presentation of contemporary performance in Los Angeles
through a three-week interdisciplinary program of dance, theater, music and
multi-disciplinary works. Entering its seventh year, the Festival features a
flexible schedule to accommodate a variety of short works and some longer
projects in Los Angeles premieres, and provides development support through
technical assistance, access to the theater and its sound and lighting
inventory and an honorarium.

The Festival takes place in late July and early August at REDCAT´s
performance space in the Walt Disney Concert Hall complex. Projects are
selected through a proposal process by a panel of arts professionals, with an
emphasis on new projects in development and/or early career artists.

REDCAT is an interdisciplinary arts center that introduces
diverse audiences, students and artists to the most influential developments in
the performing, visual and media arts from around the world, and gives artists
in this region the production opportunities and creative support they need to
achieve national and international stature.

Call for submissions - REDCAT Studio: Spring 2010

REDCAT is seeking original performance works for
the next edition of Studio, REDCAT's quarterly series of new works and works in
progress in dance, theater, music, performance art or multidisciplinary. If you
have a project under 15 minutes and would like to be considered-apply now.
