AMP: Artists' Meeting Place and Resource Collective

The Children's Arts Festival provides a wonderful opportunity for parents and children to enjoy a day discovering the arts together. Hands-on arts activities and free performances provide a delightful celebration of the rich and cultural traditions that thrive in our own backyards! This year, festival activities will focus on being kind to our planet, so all crafts projects will be created from found and recycled objects easily found in the home.

The City of Buena Park is looking for fun-loving individuals who would like to participate in this year's festivities. We have plenty of craft and workshop tables that need staffing. Volunteers may need to arrive early to event for setup/training.

The festival will be held on Friday, April 24th from 3:30pm to 7:30pm at the Walter D. Ehlers Community Recreation Center. The address is 8150 Knott Avenue (between La Palma and Crescent) in Buena Park. This event is free to the public.
