Terrorism is the "weapon of the weakest." As long there are strong and there are weak, there will be terrorism. We can kill their master-minds, but new ones will take their place. Mirror, mirror...we can not make them be like us, just like they can't make us be like them. We think we are obviously right. They think they are obviously right. Their own oppressed have to rise up against their oppressive ideologies, just like the settlers rose up against Britain, and then the Yankees rose up against the South, and then the Civil rights leaders rose up and got the black vote, then, finally, women fought for and got the vote and some equal rights, here. For 30 years I've written poetry, which I started publishing about 25 years ago. Always the poetry, just poetry. In Cape Town, my best friend and I ran the school newspaper ... well ... there was another editor involved, but WE did all the work. I was an art editor in another school journal when I returned to the U.S.
The point is, until I started publishing The Poetry Victims in 2004, I never published (even attempted to publish) anything but poetry and photographs. In The Poetry Victims, I add commentary of my own to the rest of the issue which is in email format, for instance, compared to the blog ring versions.

Anybody familiar with Non Credo will know that love songs are not exactly our forte. Or I guess more specifically they are not my forte. I write the lyrics. That said, Non Credo was asked to contribute a piece to a compilation CD of love songs. Now, of course, this could be interpreted rather loosely. After all, it was for an obscure experimental avant-garde German release…that never got released (we put it out on another compilation). I, of course, wanted to take it literally. What fun!!! A love song!!! I can do that. How hard can it be?
So I'm getting ready to go out and do one of 'those' interviews... one of the biggies... one where the person you're interviewing has so much more experience and knowledge than you do... sigh!
So, once again, a little case of the nerves come in. I know my job, I've got my list of 50 questions, I know my stuff... and yet I'm still sitting here, in my bathrobe, wondering what to wear, what to say, how to greet him.
Little by little New year will be started in Iran.Almost 3 weeks next we will have New year. it is20th march.in this topic I would like to explain about it.well NORUZ , or New year, is the celebration of spring equinox.it is the most cherished of all the Iranian festivals and is celebrated by all. This occasion has been renowned in one from or another by all the major culture of ancient Mesopotamia.what we have today as Noruz with its uniquely Iranian charactristics has been celebrated for at least 3000 years and is deeply rooted in the rituals and traditions of the Zoroastrian belife system in the Sassanid period.
HEY Y'ALL!!!
from me, here and in:

Hey everyone!! Hi. Why dont we put our heads together and do a 5 city on-line art exhibition,
The 5 cities send their pics to their 3 neighboors.
The recipient has to print them on good paper and show them in an appropriate gallery.
We have to all be on line at the same time for the virtual opening
and linked somehow so we can see each other.
We have to have cams to track the show and people at the openings and broadcast it live to all
Can we do it?
I've got a website purveyer who has a very likely gallery in my town
We need cameras, or phones with filming capability
etc etc
And on-line with cams like on MSN Messenger or whatever.
Let's call it SPUNK!!

After numerous attempts to upload a file of THIRD EYE bt Tom Glide vs Chris Mac Kay featuring Ekayani and released on my own indie imprint Damnit! Records I have posted this link so you can hear it along with several other releases. FYI this is a valueable servie for any recording artist or label as it is an extension of iTunes. You can dedicate songs this way, share artists you like even if that artist happens to be yourself lol!
Enjoy! Links to video, myspace as well.
Hope to see you in Amsterdam for the ADE in October!

this feels good
feels solid
eight beats to the bar
the weight of the cameras
keeps me grounded
toe tapping
i am packing
i am invincible
i have missed this power
the drumming in my heart
stand-up bass piano
scratchy guitars
i mean i have missed
this means with which to
capture my rebellion
in shadow and light
