This year as part of Sonic Vigil V the annual sound art event held in Cork Ireland and curated by The Quiet Club we are issuing an OPEN CALL for sound works in all its various forms. All works submitted will be presented in four especially designed “Sound Stations” and available to be heard for the duration of the festival. The “Sound Stations” have been designed by students of Cork School of Architecture and fabricated by the National Sculpture Factory. The history of Tallinn Print Triennials goes back to 1968 and has reached for today its 15th anniversary. The theme of the triennial is „FOR LOVE NOT MONEY'; the exhibition will take place from January – April 2011 in Kumu Art Museum in Tallinn, Estonia.

WOOLOO TO PARTICIPATE IN MANIFESTA 8

We are happy to announce that Wooloo will be participating in Manifesta 8,
the European Biennial of Contemporary Art, that will take place this fall in
the Region of Murcia, Spain. During Manifesta, Wooloo will run the world's
first non-visual residency program for artists and you are invited to apply.

Five artists will be selected to live and work in a dark, visually distorted
exhibition space
for one week each. To develop their work for the biennial audience, the
artist will collaborate with a local Murcian assistant who is blind.
