2012: NEW HORIZONS SCREENINGS
at 2012 CONFERENCE
in San Francisco, Ca.
November 1st and 2nd, 2008

We encourage filmmakers to submit works from any genre. We are
especially interested in feature films, documentaries, short films,
2012-themed films and music videos. The festival will offer a FIRST
LOOK DEAL with Sacred Mysteries Distribution to the selected filmmakers.

MISSION & OBJECTIVE
Sacred Mysteries Live seeks to provide opportunity for filmmakers
around the world by showcasing new works. We seek to provide a
supportive atmosphere with low entry fees. We strongly believe in
showcasing new voices on the 2012 movement landscape.

ABOUT SACRED MYSTERIES LIVE
Sacred Mysteries is one of the leaders in offering the most innovative
and mind-blowing conscious awareness films and videos in the US today.
Sacred Mysteries Live strives to create events and Conferences
featuring the leading free thinkers, scholars and researchers and best
selling authors leading the forefront of conscious awareness.

GENERAL RULES
DEADLINES: Your DVD submission must be received postage-paid in the
Sacred Mysteries Live office by September 18, 2008
Entry Fees are $20.12 per submission.
COMPLETION DATE:
Your film should have been completed NO EARLIER than January 1, 2007......

RECEIPT CONFIRMATION: If you wish to confirm our receipt of your film
submission, please include a self-addressed stamped postcard......

PACKAGING: Ship your tape or DVD in a BUBBLE PACK ENVELOPE when
possible. Please DO NOT USE a fiber pack or paper envelope. The
festival is not responsible for damage to tapes incurred during
transport......

LABEL: Please print the following information on your DVD: title,
shipper's name, and return shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL ENTRIES: Please send entries from outside the U.S. by
Air Mail Registered Service, or by parcel or express service. The
Festival will NOT accept entries shipped by air freight unless customs
and delivery fees are paid by the sender......

Terms and Conditions

LEGAL: By submitting to Sacred Mysteries Live'ss "2012 Conference: New
Horizons Screenings" you warrant, as sole and exclusive owner/s of all
legal right and title thereto that you have absolute authority to
submit the entry to Sacred Mysteries Live. You will indemnify and hold
harmless Sacred Mysteries Live, its judges, its sponsors and partners,
individually and collectively, from and against all claims, demands,
losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses including legal
expenses arising out of or in connection with any and all claims,
including third party claims, based on films/videos submitted to
Sacred Mysteries Live.

PUBLICITY: If your film/video/commercial/ music video/promo is
selected, you expressly grant Sacred Mysteries Live the royalty-free,
perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use,
reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display
any and all publicity materials related to the
film/video/commercial/music video/promo, including but not limited to
stills, press releases, bios, and trailers, in whole or in part,
without limitation to territory, and/or to incorporate said publicity
materials in other works in any form, media, or technology now known
or later developed.

YOU GRANT Sacred Mysteries Live the right to screen your film or video
at and as part of its 2012 Conferences. You may NOT and will not
withdraw your film or video from consideration without the WRITTEN
approval of a Sacred Mysteries Live director.

ACCEPTANCE OF REGULATIONS: By signing the entry form for Sacred
Mysteries Live, the participant accepts, without reservation, the
terms of the present regulations as stated in this document.
