Denny Dimin Gallery seeks a Gallery Manager to manage day-to-day operations and assist the partners with exhibition planning and artist support. The position requires the candidate to excel in communication, organization, time management, and teamwork. The candidate should have an established knowledge and strong interest in the field of contemporary art and strong interpersonal skills.

Main responsibilities include:
Managing gallery workflow and ongoing projects between partners, employees and artists.
Provide administrative and sales support to the partners.
Spearhead research, outreach, and project management.

Additional responsibilities:
Manage gallery calendar, general email account, and email list.
Maintain artist sales documents, CVs, statements, etc.
Update website and online sales platforms.
Organize gallery events.
Manage mail, supplies, books, and book sales.
Greet and interact with gallery visitors, artists, clients and press. Answer phone and maintain gallery space and didactic materials.

The candidate would ideally have an advanced degree in Art History or related field and at least three years of experience working at a gallery. Proficiency with Adobe programs is required.
