CALL FOR PROPOSALS

Darkness and Light
A juried exhibition
at Armory Northwest/965
965 North Fair Oaks Ave., Pasadena

Project proposals should be installation-based, and should consider the specifications of the gallery. Works may be in a wide variety of media, including light, sound, and video. Darkness and Light will occupy the 6,000 square foot gallery in the cavernous former warehouse space at Armory Northwest /965.

Issues of public safety must be considered. Installation proposals will be reviewed by Jay Belloli, Director of Gallery Programs, Elise Barclay, Exhibitions Manager, and Scott Ward, Executive Director at the Armory Center for the Arts. The exhibition opening reception will be held on Saturday, January 20.

PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS

€ Diagrams, including dimensions and space
requirements of installation

€ Written description of project, 300 words max.

€ Slides, prints or digital files (jpegs: 8² x 5²
@350 dpi), with corresponding checklist.
Maximum of 6 images

€ CV/resume
