For a comprehensive and enveloping group of worldwide mosaic photos, look at yesterday's page of the day, Mosaic Atlas. Today's site is just the Malibu ocean-adjacent remodeled Getty Villa museum. Compared to a group of thousands of mosaic photos, this may not be much, but it was likely the collection in this museum that sparked my interest in art - especially the ancient mosaic of someone's face. That's a huge accomplishment. You never know what will spark someone's interest, passion, and creativity. Look at the mosaic floor in this photo collection. They opened again this year, after about a decade of closure while remodeling. I can't wait to go back.
