Calling Black Male Performers!

The International Human Rights Art Festival will be presenting "A Celebration of Black Men: Beauty, Poetry and Healing Power." This will be an evening program of various performances highlighting the power, passion and possibility of Black men's restorative social and political potential at the Playroom Theater in Times Square. (For instance, no group of people voted more resoundingly against Donald Trump than Black men.) We are looking for two-three different performers/groups in theater, dance, music, spoken word etc. There is no participation fee and a small stipend will be paid. If interested, please send a short explanation of your work, bio of all performers and a link to a video to Tom Block, Producer, International Human Rights Art Festival:
