AMP: Artists' Meeting Place and Resource Collective

This is what I wrote in the programme for my recent exhibit: Flight summons many impressions: the process of moving through air or space; the act of imagining extraordinary things; and the act of escaping. Flightscape encompasses an imaginary plane, much like how a landscape shows an expanse of scenery, or a seascape paints a picture of the sea. Flightscape shows an expanse of emotions, and paints a picture of the spirit. What is important is not what we are running from, but what we are running towards.
