The making of "The Outer Limits"

This is a photo of my workshop in St. Louis. I am a graphic artist whose medium is exotic hardwoods. I create one-of-a-kind, contemporary, abstract art for commercial and residential applications, along with recreating business logos in various hardwoods. I also create interior highlights for hotrods, private jets, and personal yachts, along with custom gun cases.

"The Outer Limits" is a 4'x8' piece, utilizing a dark blue Poly-Suede backing. The frame is 3" brushed-brass. 16 different exotic hardwoods were used, from 5 continents. Stips of chome tape placed on Black Walnut. Graphic took 133 hours to create, weighs 225 pounds, and is priced @ $13,575. Transporting/shipping/installation is available to anywhere in the world.
