Please find below info on the call for application of the Balmoral scholarships for 2010. We would be grateful to you to inform international emerging artists about our scholarships. For artists who are connected to Rhineland-Palatinate we offer especially attractive scholarships abroad. For information and the application form please refer to our homepage www.balmoral.de . The application deadline is the 18th of July 2009.
