AMP's picture

CoachArt's mission is to improve the quality of life for underprivileged children and adolescents with Chronic and Life-threatening illnesses by providing free, personal lessons in the arts and athletics.

We look for experienced professionals and amateurs in wide range of activities including art, music, photography, yoga, creative writing, acting, dancing and more to donate instruction to our students. Our goal is to promote normalcy and personal development in kids who truly need it.

• CoachArt matches volunteers one-on-one with students based on their geographic proximity, activity interest and availability for ten weekly lessons.

• Coaches teach an activity to one student or a group of students either in a studio setting or in the student's home

• CoachArt facilitates coach/student introductions, coordination of lessons, and communication throughout the entire CoachArt experience
